1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Proof of purchase (invoice/order number) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Products damaged due to mishandling or improper storage after delivery

Opened, used, or altered products

Clearance, discounted, or final-sale items

Buyer’s remorse or unsold inventory
3. Return Approval Process

All returns require prior written authorization from Piece Mart LLC.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Approved returns must be shipped back using a trackable shipping method.
4. Refunds

Once the returned items are received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit, at our discretion.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide clear photos of the product and packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly.
6. Shipping Responsibility

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the error was caused by Piece Mart LLC.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
